At Ten Words Press, we take great care in preparing your order. Each copy is personally signed by the author, making it a unique and meaningful keepsake. Because of this, please allow for additional processing time.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

All signed author copies are made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your book(s) to be signed, packaged, and shipped. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

If you need your book sooner, we recommend using the Amazon link provided on the product page for faster delivery. These copies are not signed but ship directly from the printer or distributor.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail or First Class unless upgraded. Delivery time is typically 5–8 business days after shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

📨 Tracking & Notifications

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

📍Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or missing, please email us at admin@tenwordspress.com within

7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each book is a signed copy, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review our Retfund Policy for more information.
