At Ten Words Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most physical items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, eBooks, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at admin@tenwords.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
