Eligibility for Returns

You may return most physical items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, eBooks, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at admin@tenwords.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
